Handout</figcaption></figure></div>MANILA -- Billed as the world’s biggest little play festival, the Short + Sweet Theatre Festival of 10-minute plays will kick off its fourth and sweetest season yet in Manila on Friday, September 15.Presented by OilLAmp Inc., the festival is an avenue for local and international artists to present their work, while utilizing actors and crew that Manila is already well known for as they build a more creative world 10 minutes at a time. “Short + Sweet Theatre Manila is a communion. It is has broken the ice between various theater individuals by bringing them all under one umbrella. It&#x27;s a celebration and the synergy is simply beautiful,” festival director Divya Rajan said. “It is all about the spice and slice of life - so the plays range from comedy to tragedy to romance to hardcore drama. It&#x27;s a potpourri of stories,” he added.The organizers of Short + Sweet believes that their short form theater of high-quality 10 minute pieces can also move audiences as effectively as long form.The festival will be spread across three weekends at the Power Mac Spotlight Auditorium of Circuit Makati.
