MANILA – KC Concepcion and 9 other high society women were recognized as “Elegant Filipinas” of 2018 at the Diamond Hotel on Tuesday.

The ladies were chosen by philanthropist Tingting Cojuangco, who was previously included in Harper’s Bazaar’s 100 Most Beautiful Women in the World.
