Who won Best Dressed at Star Magic Ball 2017?

<p>This may be their first time attending the Star Magic Ball. </p><p>But that didn&#x27;t stop Kisses Delavin and Marco Gallo from stealing the spotlight, taking home the coveted Best Dressed Award, along with Miss Universe 2015 winner Pia Wurtzbach. </p><p>Delavin won for her strikingly white, high-neck gown with a ruffled hem by Francis Libiran, while Gallo was recognized for his dashing Nat Manilag tuxedo.
