MANILA – Want to get “rock solid abs” like Coleen Garcia? The star of the ABS-CBN daytime soap “Ikaw Lang ang Iibigin” shared her workout routine in a video by the local fashion magazine Preview.One of the three exercises she demonstrated is the Russian twist which, she said, targets the obliques.The two others are combinations of various ab workouts – one involved scissors and flutter kicks, the other featured reverse crunches and squats.“See, it’s as easy as that!” Garcia said.Watch how she does it in the video below.<figure class="op-interactive"><iframe allowfullscreen="" frameBorder="0" height="315" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/C6wRtiE5gdU?enablejsapi=1" width="560"></iframe></figure>
