<p>Did Miss Philippines-Earth Imelda Schweighart accuse Miss Earth 2016 of undergoing cosmetic surgery to enhance her physical features?</p><p>A video of Schweighart bashing the newly crowned Katherine Espin has been circulating online.</p><figure class="op-interactive"><iframe allowfullscreen="" frameBorder="0" height="315" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/soO9V5YjW3o?rel=0&amp;showinfo=0" width="560"></iframe></figure><p>&quot;Yung nanalo, peke ilong, peke pa baba, peke pa (points to chest). Made for me by Leo Almodal,&quot; Schweighart said in her caption.</p><p>The gown was later worn by Espin when she was crowned Miss Earth 2016.</p><div class="embed-wrap"><figure data-feedback="fb:likes,fb:comments"><img src="http://img.abs-cbnnews.com/2016/slideshow/msearth2016/3-msearth2016.jpg"/></figure></div><p>According to a report on <a href="http://www.pep.ph/news/65115/miss-ph-earth-2016-imelda-schweighart-claims-miss-ecuador-has-undergone-plastic-surgery" target="_blank">Pep.ph</a>, Almodal was the designer for both Schweighart and Espin.</p><p>The Filipina beauty queen earlier <a href="http://news.abs-cbn.com/trending/10/10/16/miss-ph-earth-in-hot-water-after-likening-duterte-to-hitler" target="_blank">caught the attention</a> of netizens after likening Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte to Nazi leader Adolf Hitler in a Facebook live video. </p><p>In the video, Schweighart asked Miss Earth Austria 2016 Kimberly Budinsky if Hitler was from her country. </p>
