As the home of the Smashed Burger, Burger Joint takes pride in serving patties with no extenders or binders. It uses a “smashing” method in cooking the burger to keep the patty intact that gives it a crusty seal. Their patties are simply seasoned with salt and pepper, and tend to taste under seasoned on their own, but when eaten together with other ingredients (bacon, cheese, gravy), salt levels become more balanced.
