<p>Frankie Pangilinan, the daughter of Sharon Cuneta and Senator Francis &quot;Kiko&quot; Pangilinan, celebrated her 18th birthday with a party attended by her family and friends.</p><p>She looked stunning in her red gown in a same-day edit video released by Nice Print.</p><p>In the video, Senator Pangilinan welcomed everyone to the &quot;thirteenth anniversary of Frankie&#x27;s fifth birthday.&quot;</p><p>&quot;When she was five years old, it was her birthday, I gave her my birthday wish. I said, Frankie, my birthday wish for you on your fifth birthday is that you stay five forever. Of course, that&#x27;s why, today is the thirteenth celebration, anniversary of her fifth birthday.
