MANILA – The National Commission for Culture and the Arts (NCCA) chairman Felipe de Leon signed on Tuesday the rehabilitation and conservation plans for the Manila Metropolitan Theater.

The blueprints, photos of which were posted on NCCA’s Facebook page on Wednesday, will be the basis for the reconstruction of the decaying Art Deco sculpture.

The NCCA bought the Met from the Government Service Insurance System or GSIS in 2015.
