MANILA - Wednesday's episode of the fourth season of "Asia's Next Top Model" (AsNTM) was one to forget for Filipinos, as two of the country's representatives exited the competition in a double elimination.

Former beauty queen Gwendoline Ruias and model Alaiza Malinao both had to say goodbye, with the latter giving up her spot for another contestant and telling the judges that she didn't want to continue her "AsNTM" journey.

On her Instagram account shortly after her elimination, Malinao hinted that the show may have cut a few of her scenes. She did not elaborate on the alleged deleted footage.

"So much happened haha and its so crazy what they show and what they don't on the editing," she wrote. "But for now, I would like to say KEEP YOUR INTEGRITY AND ALWAYS STAY TRUE TO YOURSELF!"

Meanwhile, Ruias also took to Instagram to air her thoughts on her elimination and some of her grievances against the judges of the competition.

"Yes, I AM a beauty queen. And I'm very proud of it! And no one can change me, they just have to accept that," she proclaimed. "But [America's Next Top Model] was on my [Bucket List] since I was a kid so I have no regrets and I'm so happy I came out of this still being myself."

"As for the judges of [AsNTM] always taking that against me and only having that same thing to say, I know you've all been angry about it week after week, but I have no comment guys," she added.

"But I would like to thank all my beloved [AsNTM] daughters, had so much fun with you gorgeous ladies --on-cam and especially off-cam-- and the special people behind the camera who were there to help us through the "challenges" of being part of a reality show," Ruais concluded.

For the episode, the contestants had to pose for a Subaru advertisement. The Philippines still has one more representative in the competition, Julian Flores.
