Okay naman ang lahat.&quot;</p><p>These were the words of Miss Universe 2015 Pia Wurtzbach after fans expressed concerns about her relationship with &quot;Sexiest Doctor Alive&quot; Mikhail Varshavski, known to many as &quot;Dr. Mike.&quot;</p><p>On Saturday, the 26-year-old Wurtzbach <a href="http://news.abs-cbn.com/lifestyle/05/17/16/is-it-over-between-pia-dr-mike" target="_blank">posted a photo with a cryptic message</a> on her Instagram page, prompting her fans to ask if she has stopped dating Varshavski. The post has since been deleted. </p><p>On Tuesday, the beauty queen took to Twitter to reassure fans that everything is okay between her and the New Jersey-based doctor. I had to explain to him how different it is in the Philippines, kung papaano ba manligaw,&quot; she said.</p><p>Wurtzbach added that Varshavski, who was featured in People magazine&#x27;s 2015 &quot;Sexiest Man Alive&quot; issue, has been understanding of her situation and maintained that her priority remains to be her duties as the reigning Miss Universe.</p>
