Handout</div>The Manila outpost of Nobu Restaurant is celebrating the 30th anniversary of the global brand by offering a limited-time omakase menu.<span id="isPasted" style="color:rgb(65, 65, 65);letter-spacing:normal;orphans:2;text-align:left;text-indent:0px;text-transform:none;widows:2;word-spacing:0px;-webkit-text-stroke-width:0px;white-space:normal;background-color:rgb(255, 255, 255);text-decoration-thickness:initial;text-decoration-style:initial;text-decoration-color:initial;display:inline !important;float:none">Available from October 7 to 13, the five-course menu showcases Chef Nobu Matsuhisa innovative take on Japanese cuisine with Peruvian ingredients. <span id="isPasted" style="color:rgb(65, 65, 65);letter-spacing:normal;orphans:2;text-align:left;text-indent:0px;text-transform:none;widows:2;word-spacing:0px;-webkit-text-stroke-width:0px;white-space:normal;background-color:rgb(255, 255, 255);text-decoration-thickness:initial;text-decoration-style:initial;text-decoration-color:initial;display:inline !important;float:none">Priced at P8,871.43 net per person, the meal starts with a four-way starter of Toro Tartar, Salmon Tataki in Karashi Su Miso, White Fish Tiradito, and Yellowtail Jalapeño. This is followed by a selection of carefully prepared sushi: Tuna Nigiri, White Fish with Maldon salt and lemon juice, Scallops with dry miso, and Nori Taco with Caviar. The omakase continues with Black Cod Butter Lettuce and Crab Amazu Ponzu, followed by Japanese Beef Anticucho with hijiki seaweed, grilled tomato, and oshinko. The anniversary meal ends on a sweet note with a selection of mini desserts: strawberry cheesecake, milk chocolate and sesame cream, and mochido. Aside from the omakase menu, Nobu Manila is also offering &quot;anniversary bar bites&quot; which are comprised of Spicy Miso Chips (P550), Nobu Nori Tacos (P3,100), Lobster Ceviche Butter Lettuce (P1,250), Seafood Harumaki Caviar (P1,200), Crispy Rice Spicy Tuna (760), Wagyu Dumplings (P1,000), Chilean Sea Bass Umami Butter Lettuce (P1,000), and Tuna Asparagus Cut Roll (P430).These can be enjoyed at the Nobu bar, cabanas, or main dining area, and can be paired with the anniversary cocktail Matsuhisa Martini (P560). Adding to the experience are DJ tracks from Thursday to Saturday, 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. Meanwhile, Nobu Hotel guests can also order the anniversary special Four-Way Starter of Toro Tartar, Salmon Tataki in Karashi Su Miso, White Fish Tiradito, and Yellowtail Jalapeño as part of the in-room dining menu.
