With her are the rest of the pageant winners and Manila Mayor Honey Lacuna-Pangan (third from left). <em>Handout</em></span></span></span></span>Aliya Rohilla emerged victorious in the recently concluded Miss Manila 2024 pageant, besting 23 other candidates.</div><p>The 22-year-old beauty queen, who will serve as the face of the City of Manila for a year, received a cash prize of P1 million and a crown designed by Manny Halasan. </p><p>Rohilla was born in Saudi Arabia and was raised there by her Filipina mother and Arab father. </p><p>She started joining local beauty contests at the age of 16 in her mom&#x27;s hometown of Albay before finally moving in Sta. Cruz, Manila, where they have been staying for three years.</p><p>Rohilla is taking up aircraft maintenance at PATTS College of Aeronautics, and plans to pursue a flying course.</p><p>The young beauty queen, who admits she has a boyfriend, is also open to joining national pageants after her Miss Manila stint. </p><p>Aside from Rohilla, other winners of the Miss Manila 2024 pageant include Xena Ramos of Sta.
