MANILA — Beauty queen Shamcey Supsup showed how much damage tropical cyclone Enteng caused at their home on Monday.

In an Instagram story, Supsup showed mud in their room and rainwater entering their place, likening the experience to tropical storm Ondoy in 2009.

"Ondoy all over again. Hope everyone is safe and sound," she said in the caption.

In September 2009,  Ondoy dumped more than 450 mm of rain in 24 hours, as measured in Science Garden, Quezon City. The storm led to one of the worst flooding in Metro Manila and nearby areas.

Landslides and extreme flooding caused by tropical storm Enteng have reportedly killed at least 12 people, the Office of Civil Defense (OCD) said Tuesday morning.

Some 62,959 families or 240,000 persons have been affected by the storm, as of writing.

Supsup represented the Philippines in 2011 and ended her journey as 3rd runner-up.
