Handout </div>SINGAPORE — The highly anticipated Black Pearl Restaurant Guide 2025 Awards Ceremony for Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan, and Overseas Regions was held last April 25 at the Marina Bay Sands Expo and Convention Centre in Singapore.This inaugural presentation outside of China marks a significant milestone in the brand’s global presence as 200 guests, including top chefs, industry leaders, and food enthusiasts, gathered to celebrate a day of culinary excellence, concluded by an impressive 10 Hands Gala Dinner featuring four of the recently awarded restaurants.<div><img src="https://od2-image-api.abs-cbn.com/prod/editorImage/174600473896120250430090452_PEARL 2.jpg" style="width:950px" class="fr-fic fr-dib"/>Outstanding dish at the Gala Dinner — Braised Premium South African Abalone from Amazing Chinese Cuisine Shanghai. Handout </div>Based on this rating system, restaurants recognized by the guide are classified into three levels: “One Diamond,” “Two Diamonds,” and “Three Diamonds,” with Three Diamonds representing the pinnacle, showcasing exceptional cuisine and unparalleled service. This internationalization encourages cross-cultural exchange and the promotion of Chinese culinary traditions beyond national borders.
