Here's where you can try the multi-course lechon feast from Netflix's 'I Love Filipino'

If you've watched the Netflix series "I Love Filipino," chances are you've salivated over the slew of lechon dishes prepared by chef Claude Tayag.

In one of the episodes, he presented different ways to use leftover roast pig, going beyond the usual -- but still delicious -- lechon paksiw.

He started with a crispy appetizer, serving the lechon skin as is with sawsawan (sauce). Then, he got the ribs, grilled it with an inasal marinade, and paired it with an eggplant salad.

Sinigang got the lechon treatment as Tayag used leftover trotters as protein for the sour soup. The chef then deep-fried the shredded pork belly and turned it into taco filling.

He capped off the lechon feast by using the pig's two hind legs for asadong babi, a braised dish from his hometown of Pampanga.

And here's good news for all of us foodies: Tayag is giving the public a chance to experience this same multi-course lechon menu for a limited time at his restaurant, Bale Dutung, in Pampanga.

From June 29 to July 27, you can book a table and sample these dishes featured in the "I Love Filipino" episode, along with some of Bale Dutung's signature items.
