If you've watched the Netflix series "I Love Filipino," chances are you've salivated over the slew of lechon dishes prepared by chef Claude Tayag.

In one of the episodes, he presented different ways to use leftover roast pig, going beyond the usual -- but still delicious -- lechon paksiw.

He started with a crispy appetizer, serving the lechon skin as is with sawsawan (sauce). Then, he got the ribs, grilled it with an inasal marinade, and paired it with an eggplant salad.

He capped off the lechon feast by using the pig's two hind legs for asadong babi, a braised dish from his hometown of Pampanga.
