PUBG Mobile rolls out new Transformers-themed content in latest update

PUBG Mobile on Friday announced the launch of its latest Version 3.9 update, unveiling a fresh wave of Transformers-themed content including new costumes, vehicles, weapons, voice packs, and in-game decorations inspired by the iconic franchise.

The collaboration, which went live starting July 18, features a wide range of exclusive content available until Sept. 2. Players can now dress their avatars as characters such as Optimus Prime, Megatron, Bumblebee, and Windblade through newly added costumes, while also unlocking Style Sets inspired by Shockwave and Elita-1.

“Whether you're embracing the heroic power of the Autobots or the ruthless might of the Decepticons, these new items will supercharge your gameplay like never before,” PUBG Mobile said in a statement.

Among the new additions are Transformers-themed vehicles such as the Prime Monster Truck, Nemesis Monster Truck, and Scan Effect Monster Truck. Fans can also take control of the Bee Dacia and Bee Sting Dacia for an Autobot-inspired drive, or opt for the Megatron Convertible and Galvatron Convertible for a Decepticon edge.

The update also introduces special weapons and tactical tools including the Prime Might – ACE32, Merciless Power – Kar98K, and Cerebral Shift – Thompson SMG, along with the melee-focused Stormfall Sword and a Laserbeak Glider for aerial mobility.

New voice packs featuring iconic characters such as Optimus Prime, Megatron, Bumblebee, Starscream, Soundwave, and Grimlock offer players an immersive audio experience during gameplay.

To round out the content drop, players can customize their in-game homes with Optimus Prime and Megatron home decorations, alongside themed gear like ornaments, parachutes, and avatars.
