<div><span class="fr-video fr-deletable fr-fvc fr-dvb fr-draggable" contenteditable="false" draggable="true"><iframe width="640" height="360" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/fC9jCZwm1Ck?&amp;wmode=opaque&amp;rel=0" frameBorder="0" allowfullscreen="" class="fr-draggable"></iframe></span><br/></div><p>Activision is set to launch a major content update for “Call of Duty: Mobile” on July 30, adding new game modes, premium content, and a collaboration with the tactical RPG franchise “Girls’ Frontline,” as the company seeks to strengthen player engagement in its free-to-play mobile platform.</p><p>The update, titled Season 7 — Phantom Current, introduces a range of high-seas-themed content, including a fresh Battle Pass, a new Multiplayer racing mode, and the first-ever appearance of the Gulag in Battle Royale. Season 7 also features several in-game events, and a new Mythic Operator.</p><p>For the first time in “Call of Duty: Mobile,” players eliminated in Battle Royale will have a chance to fight their way back into the match through a 1v1 Gulag death match. The limited-time mode will be available on the Isolated map. All players receive one default Gulag attempt, with additional tries available via Gulag Tickets at Buy Stations.</p><p>A new Multiplayer mode, Mini Mayhem, puts players behind the wheel of RC-XD cars in fast-paced, multi-lap races across various maps. Up to eight players can compete, dodging hazards and respawning after explosive crashes. Victories unlock leaderboard placements and customizable vehicle skins.</p><div><br/></div><div><strong>New weapons and skins</strong></div><p>Season 7’s Battle Pass features a mix of free and premium rewards. Free tiers include the MG 82 LMG, a Bomb Drone Scorestreak, and nautical-themed Weapon Blueprints. Premium tiers unlock exclusive Operator Skins such as Farah — Stealth and Kreuger — Deep Six, along with themed weapons like the KN-44 — Angler and QQ9 — Odyssey 09.</p><p>Subscribers to the Ground Forces Battle Pass will receive bonus rewards, including the Zane — Monsoon Season Operator Skin and SKS — Carrier Strike Blueprint.</p><p>Season 7 also introduces the Dark Shepherd — Phantom, a new Mythic Operator available through a limited-time draw. The character comes with Mythic upgrade paths, including custom kill effects, weapon reticles, and Battle Royale visuals. The draw also features Legendary weapons such as the AS-VAL — Shadow Marksman and Scythe — Soldering Edge.</p><p>The “Girls’ Frontline” crossover event will offer themed content through in-game events, Lucky Draws, and bundles, including the Scylla — ASM10 Operator Skin and corresponding Legendary weapon blueprints.</p><p>Players can take part in seasonal events like the Challenge Pass, which offers missions and unlockable rewards, and Secret Caches, where players can work toward the RUS-79U — Mystical Lamp Legendary weapon.</p>
