The works reflect themes of nostalgia, resilience and identity, with palettes ranging from glowing sunsets to quiet morning hues. Featured artists include Jude Arceo, Sharayah Concepcion, Erian Gallardo, Kristine Joy Padua, Heidi Rodis, Liz Tupaz and Heidi Villanueva. Guests will be able to meet the artists and explore the ways the bay continues to inspire Filipino creativity.The following night, August 28, attention shifts to Yurakuen, which will stage Harmony of Flavors: A Yurakuen Wine Dinner. The multi-course, wine-paired menu begins with a trio of appetizers — king crab with egg yolk vinegar sauce, cream croquettes with edamame purée, and scallop temaki with red wine sauce — served with Umeshu plum wine.Courses that follow include oyster and caviar with yuzu ponzu paired with Piccini Toscana Bianco, a delicately flavored Dobin Mushi sea bream and mushroom soup, hamachi crudo with jalapeño and melon, and charcoal-grilled Chilean sea bass wrapped in sugi-ita, paired with Caliterra Reserva Chardonnay.<div><img src="https://od2-image-api.abs-cbn.com/prod/editorImage/1756264674853Foie Gras Tempura.jpg" style="width:950px" class="fr-fic fr-dib"/>Foie Gras Tempura. Cold Inaniwa Udon with ikura and Les Classiques Sauvignon Blanc leads into the finale: an Anmitsu Brûlée with sweet potato custard, adzuki paste, miso caramel and gold-dusted chocolate, paired with Terre Forti Trebbiano.</div>Priced at P6,980 net per person, the dinner is positioned as an immersive experience in Japanese culinary artistry, with each course designed to highlight the flavors of both food and wine.
