Through the venue, he has helped give a platform for drag artists, performers, and members of the LGBTQIA+ community to freely express themselves, display their talent, and foster a sense of belonging.</p><p>Rampa has developed from a nightlife hotspot to a lively cultural space that promotes visibility, inclusivity, and Filipino drag performance.</p><p>“For me, Pride has always been about visibility, dignity, and love,” shared Francisco. “Everyone deserves a space where they can be their truest self without fear.
