The look was created by Vietnamese designer CONG TRI, known for dressing celebrities (including Kelsey Merritt, Rihanna, and Katy Perry) with his elegantly feminine tastes. With her glam team, hairstylist Renz Pangilinan fixed up Liza’s bangs in an updo, while Hollywood makeup artist Pricilla Prae gave the actress a warm glow with a lightly smoked eye. At the Oscars party, Liza was joined by the likes of Megan Thee Stallion, Heidi Klum, and Donatella Versace who each celebrated in support of Elton’s HIV care initiatives.
