HandoutMANILA — Radisson Hotel Group is introducing its upper-upscale Radisson Individuals Premier brand to the Philippines with the signing of LIME Resort Bohol, scheduled to open by the end of 2025.</div>The beachfront property on Panglao Island will be the first Radisson Individuals Premier in Southeast Asia Pacific, the company said in a statement Thursday, underscoring its strategy to expand in key leisure destinations with hotels that combine local identity with global standards.LIME Resort Bohol will feature 138 rooms and suites, including lagoon suites, beachfront villas and penthouses, along with multiple dining outlets, a beach club and access to Napaling Reef, a popular diving site.“Partnering with the Radisson Hotel Group to rebrand Lime Resort Bohol … brings the best of both worlds, Lime’s signature warmth and uniquely Filipino service, together with Radisson’s global standards,” said Emil Po, chief executive officer of Lime Hotels and Resorts.Radisson executives said the property is designed to deliver upper-upscale experiences while reflecting Bohol’s eco-tourism appeal. “Bohol is a thriving eco-tourism hub, and this resort will not only complement the island’s natural beauty but also set new benchmarks for leisure travel in the region,” said Ramzy Fenianos, chief development officer for Asia Pacific.With the addition, Radisson’s portfolio in the Philippines grows to 20 hotels in operation and development.
