<div>[[PHOTO ALBUM]]</div>MANILA — Business tycoon Manny Villar has opened Balustre, a new restaurant in Tagaytay that celebrates Filipino cuisine and the warmth of shared meals.Located at Crosswinds, Balustre is designed as a nod to the Filipino tradition of gathering around the table. According to Villar, the restaurant offers regional dishes that not only satisfy the palate but also spark memories, laughter, and moments of connection among family and friends.“Every meal becomes a moment filled with stories, laughter, and the familiar comfort of home,” Villar shared in a social media post.Balustre is the latest addition to Villar’s growing food and lifestyle portfolio, Villar Creations, which already includes brands such as Coffee Project, Dear Joe, and The Bread Basket. Villar’s recent ventures also include Food Liberty, a dining hub at Evia Mall that brings together regional flavors from across the Philippines, from Ilocos empanada to other local favorites.
