It’s a deceptively simple flavor but what this does is to really highlight the milk it’s made with it, in this case Carmen’s Best full-cream milk. The lady at the counter commented that it’s been popular for those on a diet since a serving clocks in at 183 calories.Since this is an ice cream bar, it isn’t as soft and fluffy as gelato. But even straight out of the freezer, it isn’t rock hard and could be bitten into with not much effort.The brand has always been known for their dairy ever since they started in 2011 with their farm in Laguna. Now that they’ve become the biggest dairy producer expanding to include dairy farms and plants, and ice cream facilities in Laguna and Bukidnon, it’s refreshing to see Carmen’s Best going back to its roots of producing high quality milk and churning ice cream.Carmen’s Best Milk Bar is now available at all Carmen’s Best stores and has an SRP of P88 per piece and P288 for a box of six.
