The restaurant said the item is known for its lightly nutty flavor and delicate brininess.Also joining the menu is seared foie gras, paired with balsamic glaze, arugula, orange segments and pickled onions. The slow-braised dish is served with mashed potatoes and is intended for sharing.Morton’s The Steakhouse, known for its USDA Prime beef and extensive wine list, said the new offerings aim to broaden its fine dining selections for guests seeking premium dining experiences.The restaurant is open daily for lunch and dinner service.
