With Nyx by Vikings, the group brings the glitz, glamor, and elegance of elevated dining to the buffet.</p><p>Named after the primordial goddess of night, Nyx is the collection of the best ideas absorbed by Vikings founder Jackson Go from concepts he and his team visited around the globe. Inside, guests are welcomed by lights and LED pillars that add a kinetic vibe similar to the high roller areas of casinos in Las Vegas or Macau. Simply put, it’s a higher standard of service.</p><p>A large part is elevating the dining experience making the buffet close to an a la carte experience where much care is taken in the preparation of individual plates. Guests don’t simply grab a plate, walk on over to the stations, and pile on food. There is a touch screen strategically placed in the center for guests who want to keep movement to a minimum.Each area has a dedicated butler who are at the guests’ beck and call keeping a watchful eye over their guests’ every need.
