Handout</div>Megaworld Hotels &amp; Resorts opened Belmont Hotel Iloilo last June 24, expanding its presence in Western Visayas and adding 405 rooms to the city&#x27;s growing hospitality sector.The 12-story property is the third hotel operated by Megaworld Hotels &amp; Resorts within Iloilo Business Park, joining Richmonde Hotel Iloilo and Courtyard by Marriott Iloilo. The addition brings the township&#x27;s total room inventory to about 880 rooms.Located along Festive Walk Parade, the hotel offers twin, queen and premier room categories, as well as one-bedroom suites. It is located near the Iloilo Convention Center and features several meeting rooms and the Northern Islands Ballroom, which can accommodate up to 300 guests and be divided into smaller function spaces.An art space within the hotel will host rotating exhibits highlighting local artists and Iloilo&#x27;s creative community.To mark its opening, Belmont Hotel Iloilo is offering introductory room rates starting at P4,000 per night.
