Handout</div>MANILA — Filipino restaurant Siklab is highlighting regional cuisine with a selection of limited-time dishes inspired by Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao, available beginning July 1.Part of The Bistro Group, Siklab is introducing several regional specialties as part of its &quot;Flavors of the Philippines&quot; promotion, alongside new beverages and desserts.Representing Luzon is Igado, the popular Ilocano stew made with pork, liver, red bell peppers and green peas.From the Visayas comes Pork Liempo Humba, a sweet-and-savory braised pork dish prepared with banana blossoms, fermented salted black beans and pineapple.For Mindanao, Siklab is serving Tiyula Itum, a traditional Tausug beef soup known for its distinctive dark broth made from burnt coconut. The dish is flavored with palapa, herbs and spices, giving it a smoky and savory profile.The restaurant is also offering Pampano, a fried fish dish served with house-made mango sambal sauce.Complementing the regional offerings are several Filipino favorites. Fresh buko juice will be served in coconut shells, while taho, the popular snack made with soft tofu and syrup, joins the menu as an all-day treat.Guests can also order Siklab&#x27;s signature drinks in one-liter pitchers, including Siklab Gulaman, Sampalok Limonada and Binibining Dalandan.The limited-time promotion aims to celebrate the diverse flavors and culinary traditions found across the Philippines&#x27; major island groups.
