MANILA — To promote physical health through running while supporting athletes as well, Southstar Drug and Maxicare are inviting Filipinos to join the Naga City leg of Run For Wellness on September 15.The first leg of Run for Wellness, held at the University of the Philippines-Diliman in Quezon City, gathered over 6,624 runners and fitness enthusiasts. Goals can condition the mind to continue running even when there is a lack of motivation. The local drugstore recommended that runners should start increasing their weakly goals little by little, improving their pace, and being consistent before jumping to big targets.Moreover, tracking the progress through a running app or fitness track can help boost one&#x27;s confidence and help identify weak points to improve.It is also crucial to build a routine that doesn&#x27;t only run in circles.
