MANILA — Newly crowned Miss Globe 2025 Chayathanus “Cheraim” Saradatta has arrived in the Philippines, expressing her excitement and gratitude for the warm reception she received from Filipinos.“It feels very nice and I’ve always wanted to come here for years,” Cheraim said when asked how it felt to visit Manila.Her visit coincided with her birthday, which she celebrated with fellow beauty queens and the Binibining Pilipinas organization. “It was so nice because I was able to meet a lot of beauty queens and the Binibining Pilipinas staff, and they’re so nice and warm. Also the food here is superb,” she shared.Cheraim revealed that her schedule in Manila includes official shoots and cultural visits arranged by Binibining Pilipinas. “I heard that we got some shooting to be done, and the Binibining Pilipinas [organization] will take me around the Philippines to see a lot of attractions such as museums, markets, and as well as children who want to see me, and they seem really nice,” she said.The Thai beauty queen also expressed her eagerness to collaborate with Filipina queens. “Yes of course. I like them so much because they’re so sweet, professional, inspiring,” she noted.Reflecting on her reign as Miss Globe, Cheraim described it as a journey filled with discovery. “Oh it’s a dream-like trip. I’ve been travelling in so many countries and every place has their own charm. I wish I could bring what I’ve learned from those countries to the next,” she said.She also highlighted the strong ties between Thailand and the Philippines. “I think we are like buddies in so many aspects. We’re also like friendly competitors, and we help each other get better all the time,” she remarked.As Miss Globe, Cheraim underscored the organization’s mission of cultural diplomacy and advocacy. “Miss Globe is also [being] a cultural ambassador. It also talks a lot about humanity and global issues,” she explained.On her personal advocacy, she shared her passion for social causes back home. “Back in Thailand, I had a lot of advocacies but I was more focused on the indigenous people and the political movement,” she said.
