Toyota Motor Philippines unveils the All-New ATIV for an ‘elevATIVe’ drive with its most affordable hybrid car yet

<p>Toyota Motor Philippines has introduced the All-New ATIV, providing an “elevATIVe” passenger car experience for Filipinos. The lineup includes a Hybrid Electric Vehicle (HEV) variant, which is the most affordable electrified model Toyota has offered to date.</p><p>The model was launched on October 24 at the BGC Amphitheater in Taguig City, where Toyota showcased its different variants and key features.</p><div><br/><img src="https://od2-image-api.abs-cbn.com/prod/editorImage/1762925081900New Project (69).jpg" style="width:600px" class="fr-fic fr-dib"/></div><div><br/><img src="https://od2-image-api.abs-cbn.com/prod/editorImage/1762925069660New Project (68).jpg" style="width:600px" class="fr-fic fr-dib"/><br/></div><div><img src="https://od2-image-api.abs-cbn.com/prod/editorImage/1762925055857New Project (67).jpg" style="width:600px" class="fr-fic fr-dib"/><br/></div><p>“We are proud and excited to bring this particular model to the local market because this is our most affordable and accessible hybrid electrical vehicle available for customers today,” said Elvin Luciano, Vice President for Marketing Services of Toyota Motor Philippines, during the launch event.</p><p>Designed for practical motorists, professionals, and young families considering their first or next vehicle, the All-New ATIV is meant to ease the shift into electrified driving.</p><p>“We know that there are many customers who are looking into shifting into that electrified lifestyle so we are here to help them make the best decision,” remarked Luciano. “With the All-New ATIV, they can be rest assured that they will make a choice that is good for them, good for the environment, and also good for their overall ownership experience.”</p><p>The ATIV is available in both hybrid and gasoline versions. The 1.5 HEV CVT pairs a gasoline engine with an electric motor for a smooth and quiet 111-HP drive, while the 1.3L and 1.5L gasoline variants in either CVT or manual are built for efficiency and daily use.</p><div><br/><img src="https://od2-image-api.abs-cbn.com/prod/editorImage/1762924955659New Project (65).jpg" style="width:600px" class="fr-fic fr-dib"/><br/></div><div><img src="https://od2-image-api.abs-cbn.com/prod/editorImage/1762924930957New Project (66).jpg" style="width:600px" class="fr-fic fr-dib"/><br/></div><p>Design-wise, it comes with LED headlamps and a sleek fastback silhouette, with sequential rear turn signals reserved for the hybrid model. Inside, the cabin seats five and can be fitted with leather (HEV) or fabric seats, a 7-inch multi-information display, and up to a 10.1-inch display audio system with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto on the hybrid variant.</p><p>Safety is also a major focus. Toyota Safety Sense offers features like Pre-Collision System, Lane Tracing Assist, Lane Departure Alert, Automatic High Beam, and Adaptive Cruise Control (HEV only). All variants still come standard with multiple airbags, ABS with Brake Assist, Vehicle Stability Control, Blind Spot Monitor, and ISOFIX anchors.</p><p>Convenience isn’t forgotten either. Push Start and Smart Entry are available across the lineup, with the hybrid variant adding an electronic parking brake with brake hold and a wireless</p><p>charger.
