The clean and classic shoot by photographer<strong> Niko Gonzales </strong>showed Alexa in a black leotard paired with black stockings and accessorized with a wide headband and platform heels, as styled by <strong>Patty Yap</strong>. And in her 25th birthday photo shoot, her more svelte figure is truly front and center. Working with creative director <strong>Eugene David</strong>, Alexa showed grace and flexibility in every pose—every stretch and bend highlights the result of her discipline, dedication, and determination to stick to her fitness routine.  </p><p>In an interview with Alexa for <a href="https://www.abs-cbn.com/people/celebrities/alexa-ilacad-self-love-body-positivity-metro-body/35499" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">her Metro Body photo shoot last year</a>, she said that finding the right gym to help her reach her fitness goals was a huge help in her transformation. “I’ve been working out every day. I used to be someone who absolutely hates it—dreads it.
