In a Metro.Style exclusive, Allie Benedicto, The Walt Disney Company Southeast Asia Head of Integrated Marketing, shared why they chose Maymay to localize the theme song for the live-action reimagining of the 1937 animated film Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs: "We wanted to find a Filipino personality who could truly bring the song’s lyrics and spirit to life, and Maymay Entrata’s incredible talent, humility, and optimism make her the perfect choice. Through her voice, we hope to inspire a new generation of Filipino fans to be more like Snow White."

Recording "Nasaan Ang Hiling" was a fun learning experience for Maymay, as she had to learn to sing with a theatrical tone. Vocal coaches Annie Quintos, Jade Riccio, and Greg Shilling were with her every step of the way to help bring out the best in Maymay's voice. "Thankfully, I’m so blessed because God sent me people who helped me prepare before the recording. Because I love learning, it was really fun for me, especially during the recording," Maymay told Metro.Style.
