This workshop is up there in price but you’re definitely getting your money’s worth with all these inclusions: ingredients for five sourdough loaves (two to bake on the day, three sourdough loaves for you to bake at home), mature levain in a mason jar, sourdough Guide, The Daily Knead apron, dough scraper, scoring blade, pasta making ingredients, breakfast pastries and coffee, lunch, a pastry box of their best-sellers for you to take home, 5-day direct access after the workshop to Francesca for any questions regarding process and technique!
