We stayed in touch via online messaging for faster communications and ease of making changes. Everything was followed according to schedule, but still with enough flexibility should I want to delay an activity or move plans around. My recommendations would be their <strong>Bamboo Rice, Binakol</strong> (think Tinola but with <em>buko</em> juice), and <strong>Pampano a la Pobre</strong>.
