With her killer combo of beauty and talent, and with the right project where her true potential shines, Heart Ramos is certainly gaining momentum in showbiz.

Heart got a headstart in the industry as a Kapamilya child actress, and now she’s all grown up, ready to carve her own path. Her current assignment is playing the teenage Abby, the daughter of Kim Chiu and Paulo Avelino’s characters in “Linlang: The Teleserye Version,” and she’s making a good impression.
As she continues to master the core of drama, we’re certain that she’s also bit by bit paving her way toward mega-stardom. Marvel at her strong potential, as showcased in this Kapamilya Toplist video.

You'll recognize a young artist's brilliance when they can hold their own in an acting sparring with a versatile actor like Paulo. In the opening scene, Heart portrayed Abby's hurt and resentment when she was bullied by classmates due to the presence of her dad, Victor (Paulo), who had just been released from jail.

She'll pinch your heart and evoke your sympathy in that scene where she firmly told her mom, Juliana (Kim), that there was no need to report the bullies and that she didn't want to add to her parents' problems by not speaking up. You'll be moved by her words when she expresses her desire not to be a burden to her mom, as she strives to be the perfect daughter to bring happiness to Juliana.

The scene where Victor had the opportunity to accompany Abby home from school will also stir your emotions. He clarified that he didn't kill Sylvia (Kaila Estrada), but was imprisoned for a crime he didn't commit. Victor expressed that he had waited five long years to reunite with Abby and that she was his motivation to endure and find courage while in jail. Our hearts melted as Abby gently touched her father's arm, and that gesture was enough to let him know that she believed him.

Heart sure knows how to radiate emotions even without uttering a word, as seen in the sequence where she secretly listened to Olivia (Heaven Peralejo) and Jimboy (Benj Manalo)’s conversation. It was then she discovered that Juliana had lied by painting Victor as the villain, when in reality, it was Juliana who had an affair with Alex (JM de Guzman), leading to the breakdown of their family.

She might be young, but she sure has solid dramatic prowess, as evidenced in that poignant scene where she poured out her pent-up emotions toward her father, Victor, revealing that she knows the truth. Her anguish was palpable as she questioned why Victor didn't defend himself against Juliana's lies. It was hard not to cry with her.

She also shares several gripping moments with Kim, such as the scene where she delivered a powerful blend of anger and sorrow while confronting Juliana about her past infidelity. At that moment, when Juliana reprimanded her for engaging in an altercation in school, Abby retorted that Juliana and Alex's betrayal of Victor was even more shameful.

Another poignant moment is her heart-wrenching conversation with Juliana, where she expressed anger at her mom’s deceit. For years, Juliana portrayed Victor as the villain, when in reality, it was Juliana who betrayed him.

Heart truly shines in her quiet moments, as seen in the episode where she sits alone in the school's waiting area, staring at her phone as she reads headlines about Victor's past. She skillfully painted the anguish and torment of a teenager from a fractured family, bullied because of her father's wrongful accusations.

And who wouldn't be moved to the core witnessing that scene where Abby pleaded with Juliana to give Victor a chance to be a father to her as well?

Watch Heart deliver a fine work as Abby in Linlang: The Teleserye Version,” airing weeknights, on Kapamilya Channel, Kapamilya Online Live, TV5, and A2Z.
