During her guesting in <a href="https://entertainment.abs-cbn.com/tv/shows/magandangbuhay/main">Magandang Buhay</a>, Jervi a.k.a. KaladKaren opened up about her love life and revealed that she has a boyfriend and they have been together for almost eight years now. She has been very vocal about her relationship with “Mr. Monkey”, her term of endearment for her British boyfriend. She also shared that her parents approved of their relationship and are very supportive of them. On her recent <a href="https://entertainment.abs-cbn.com/tv/shows/tonightwithboyabunda/main">TWBA</a> interview, KaladKaren denies the assumption that she extended her vacation in the United Kingdom to get married with boyfriend, Luke. The Umagang Kay Ganda host clarifies that she stayed abroad longer than the usual because of a tragic incident involving Luke’s father. “Luke’s Dad tragically died, having been hit by a car a few days after New Year. He needed me to be there and I gave that to him,” shares the <a href="https://entertainment.abs-cbn.com/tv/shows/icsyv/main">I Can See Your Voice</a> singvestigator.While holding back the tears, she expresses how painful the event was especially since she had a good relationship with Luke’s Dad and his family. “Never kaming nakaramdam ng discrimination or ibang pagturing sa akin because I am a foreigner and a transwoman. Never nilang ipinaramdam sa amin na iba kaming couple.
