Ang susundin lang nila, I&#x27;m sure the entire Philippines is listening, ang problema lang nila is gaano kadali. I&#x27;m not saying that you kill them, but the order is dead or alive,&quot; Duterte said in a press conference at the compound of the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) in Barangay Panacan, Davao City,&quot;They are lectured upon and they learn a lot, it&#x27;s a subject sa kanilang turo, when to kill and when not to kill. When is it legal to kill, when is it unlawful to take another man&#x27;s life. Pagkasinabi kong dead or alive, alam nilang kung tumaas ang kamay, talagang alive &#x27;yan. Pagka lumaban, eh &#x27;di dead &#x27;yan. I don&#x27;t want to see a dead policeman or agent, whatever,&quot; Duterte said.Duterte also said he gave incoming National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) chief Dante Gierran an order to personally kill erring policemen or agents.&quot;I appointed Gierran, he&#x27;s the director of the NBI dito sa atin, and I&#x27;ve seen him work for several years already. Sabi ko, ilagay kita diyan, pero sa isang kondisyon, na kung may ahente ka, you have an agent there na nagkakalat, [who&#x27;s] into drugs, and it comes to a fight, I want you to kill him personally. I want you to do the killing, kasi sa iyo ko ibigay &#x27;yung P3 million,&quot; he said.According to Duterte, the reward will depend on the how powerful the drug trafficker was. &quot;Itong supervising na durugista, you get about P2 million. Kung medyo sa second echelon lang &#x27;yan, branch branch na, P1 million. &#x27;Yung mini supervisor, parang bangko na, mga P1 million na lang &#x27;yun. &#x27;Yung ordinaryo, P50,000. There&#x27;s enough money left,&quot; he said.<div>Where will he get the reward money? </div>Duterte said he will make use of money he received late in the presidential campaign. &quot;Basta ako, may pera, hindi ko ninakaw. Hindi kasali &#x27;yung kay [Senator Antonio] Trillanes, bago lang &#x27;yan. Just before the elections. &#x27;Yan ang gamitin ko. I&#x27;ll dispose of that money,&quot; he explained.Duterte also said he will utilize the army to combat drugs, especially against policemen who are involved in the illegal drugs trade.&quot;Hanapin &#x27;yung mga pulis na nagdo-droga din. Kaya kung kabaro ninyo, ayaw ninyo mag-kwan, Army, o Navy ang gamitin ko. I will put to use the Armed Forces of the Philippines,&quot; he said.&quot;Para kung kayong mga pulis, hindi ka hulihin, general ka, tawagin ko &#x27;yung private sa Army. Barilin mo. Ganun lang ang paraan para mahinto ang droga eh,&quot; Duterte said.He also left a message to drug dealers.&quot;Do not destroy my country because I will kill you. Do not destroy the youth of the land, our children, because I will kill you.&quot;
