Authorities said the 23-year-old was shot twice in the head.Viane <a href="http://news.abs-cbn.com/nation/regions/07/28/15/rape-slay-suspect-flees-ph">fled to the United States</a> right after the murder. He was <a href="http://news.abs-cbn.com/nation/regions/09/07/15/suspect-killing-woman-zambales-arrested-us">arrested</a> by U.S. authorities in Ohio last September.The Filipino-American and a second suspect, <a href="http://news.abs-cbn.com/nation/regions/08/13/15/suspect-olongapo-womans-slay-arrested?_ga=1.132341895.888943848.1462062165">Niño Dela Cruz</a>, were earlier charged with murder before a regional trial court in Zambales for the death of Mojica.Dela Cruz was arrested last August 12 by members of the police’s Special Action Force in Metro Manila.Viane is now temporarily detained at the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) office. -- Report from Fred Cipres, dzMM
