There will be no food to be served for the guests who will witness the oath-taking.</p><p>Osmeña said that it is about time that they cut-off on those unnecessary expenses, since the city is facing financial problems.</p><p>Vice-President Leni Robredo will swear in Osmeña and councilors Alvin Arcilla, Mary Ann Delos Santos, Bebs Andales, Joy Young, Margot Osmeña and Jun Gabuya.</p><p>The oath-taking will be held at the Cebu City Sports Center, where more than five thousand people are expected to attend.</p><p>PNP Regional Office - 7 will secure the area.</p><p>After the oath-taking, a Mass will be celebrated at the Sacred Heart Parish, where members of the Liberal Party and BOPK will attend.</p>
