Benjamin Acorda Jr. laban sa indibidwal na sangkot umano sa paggamit ng kanyang pangalan at pagpapakalat ng video tungkol sa umano&#x27;y destabilization plot laban kay Pangulong Ferdinand Marcos, Jr.<br/> <br/>Personal na nagtungo sa Quezon City Prosecutors Office si Acorda para magsampa ng reklamo, Lunes ng tanghali.<br/> <br/>Ayon kay PNP Public Information Office Acting Chief Col. Jean Fajardo, isang lalaki na dating miyembro umano ng Armed Forces of the Philippines ang sinampahan ng reklamong paglabag sa cybercrime law. </p><p>Sinabi pa ni Fajardo na nagpadala na sila ng official communication sa Facebook at YouTube para ma-preserve at magamit ang pinost na video bilang ebidensya.<br/> <br/>Muli namang iginiit ng PNP na itong namomonitor ng destabilisasyon laban sa administrasyon.<br/> <br/>Iginiit diin ni Fajardo na nirerespeto nila ang freedom of speech at freedom of expression pero dapat tandaan ng iba na dapat ay wala rin aniyang tinatapakan na karapatan ng iba. </p><p>Nanawagan ang PNP na huwag magpakalat ng kasinungalingan at maling impormasyon.<br/> <br/>Tiniyak naman ng PNP sa publiko na nananatiling buo ang hanay ng pulisya sa pagtupad ng kanilang mandato para matiyak ang seguridad at para magbigay ng serbiyo publiko.</p><p>Nauna nang nagpahayag ng pagkadismaya si Acorda sa pagdawit sa kaniyang pangalan sa umano&#x27;y destabilization plot laban sa Pangulo.</p><p>Sa unang flag raising ceremony ngayong 2024 sa Camp Crame, iginiit ni Acorda na ang pagpapakalat aniya ng ganitong maling impormasyon ay &quot;unforgivable&quot; at hindi nila kinukunsinti ang ganitong maling gawain. </p><p>&quot;It hurts me that there are people na gusto lang maging sikat yung kanilang vlog ay gagawa ng mga disinformation.
