The girl said Salazar introduced himself as an &quot;engineer&quot; and asked her to be his second wife. </p><p>The victim said she replied to the court employee and told him that he should not say those things and that she did not know her. </p><p>Following this exchange, two of her cousins accompanied her to the hall of justice, supposedly to meet a person who will give them a cellphone. That person turned out to be Salazar.</p><p>Salazar asked the victim&#x27;s cousins to go out and buy snacks, leaving him and the minor alone in his office.
