SAN FERNANDO CITY, La Union – A carnapped vehicle in Baguio City turned up in a parking area in San Fernando City, La Union.

The abandoned black vehicle was seen parked along Gomez Street in Barangay 2.

The vehicle was found parked at the place with deflated tires on January 15, 2016. It was registered under the name of Ron Erik Mariano of Taytay, Rizal.
