'Appointed' by Marcos? Palace warns vs scammers offering gov't positions

(CIAC) president and CEO </li>	<li> Early Childhood Care and Development Council executive director</li>	<li> vice chairperson, Clark Development Corp. These people have allegedly asked money in return so victims can secure these appointments, the Presidential Communications Office said.
