<div class="embed-wrap"><figure data-feedback="fb:likes,fb:comments"><img src="http://sa.kapamilya.com/absnews/abscbnnews/media/2017/news/02/06/020617_ndf2.jpg"/><figcaption><div class="embed-desc">Mugshot of NDFP consultant Ariel Arbitrario aka Marlon provided by the 10th Infrantry Division.</div></figcaption></figure></div><p>DAVAO CITY- A consultant of the National Democratic Front of the Philippines (NDFP) was arrested Monday morning at a checkpoint in Barangay Sirawan in Toril, Davao City.</p><p>Ariel Arbitrario alias &quot;Ka Marlon,&quot; along with his companion Roderick Manuyac alias &quot;Calot Una,&quot; were apprehended by Task Force Davao.</p><p>Arbitrario is supposed to be protected under the Joint Agreement on Safety and Immunity Guarantees (JASIG). He had been released on bail by a court over his cases prior to the peace talks with the NDFP.</p><p>Arbitrario is believed to be a secretary-general of a guerilla unit in southern Mindanao.</p>
