It’s called material concealment,” the senator said. </p><p>The decision, Avida Land vs Argosino, promulgated on August 17, 2016 and signed by Chief Justice Maria Lourdes Sereno, was read in part by Gordon during the Senate hearing on Thursday. In its decision, the SC found Argosino guilty of professional misconduct and violation of the lawyer&#x27;s oath for filing numerous pleadings that caused delay in the execution of a final judgment.</p><p>&quot;Upon his receipt of this decision, respondent shall forthwith be suspended from the practice of law and shall formally manifest to this Court that his suspension has started. He shall furnish all courts and quasi-judicial bodies where he has entered his appearance a copy of this <a href="http://sc.judiciary.gov.ph/pdf/web/viewer.html?file=/jurisprudence/2016/august2016/7437.pdf">Decision</a>.&quot;</p>
