Hence, the inspection by FDA of one of our clinics is surprising and unfortunate,&quot; ani John Eric Ho, corporate communications head ng Belo Medical Group.</p><p>Ayon sa FDA, nakabili sila ng 11 gamot at cosmetics sa Belo, at base sa sertipikasyon ng kanilang Center for Drugs, Research and Regulation, ang mga produkto ay hindi rehistrado.</p><p>&quot;Hindi dumaan sa registration process ng FDA...Kasi ginagawa nila nag-i-injection pa sila eh. So itong mga product na ito ay may kautusan ang aming director general na i-seize ito dahil meron kaming proof of evidence,&quot; ani Allen Bantolo, hepe ng FDA-Regulatory Enforcement Unit.</p><p>Ayon sa FDA, bago ibenta sa merkado ang anumang pagkain, cosmetics, at gamot ay kailangan munang dumaan sa kanila para masigurong ligtas gamitin at kainin ng publiko.</p><p>Tumanggi rin umano ang Belo na magpa-inspeksiyon ng klinika at pharmacy kung kaya&#x27;t sila&#x27;y mahaharap pa sa ibang kaso.</p><p>&quot;Even nga &#x27;yung kanilang pharmacy na under jurisdiction ng aming FDA when in fact nasa batas din &#x27;yon na they are supposed to allow inspectors for inspection...Puwede silang ma-contempt or obstruction of justice,&quot; giit ni Bantolo.</p><p>Nanindigan naman ang Belo Medical Group na wala silang nilabag na regulasyon ng FDA at patutunayan nila ito sa pamamagitan ng pagpapasa ng mga kaukulang dokumento. </p><p>&quot;We assure our customers and the public of the safety of our products and our compliance with regulatory standards.
