You&#x27;re from Cagayan de Oro?&quot; Calida asked the reporter.</p><p>&quot;Surigao, why sir?&quot; Navallo asked.</p><p>&quot;Because I&#x27;m also from Mindanao,&quot; Calida said, who is from Davao City.</p><p>Calida later told Navallo: &quot;Lagi mo akong binabanatan. Abogado ka rin pala e.&quot; </p><p>(You always criticize me. You&#x27;re a lawyer, too.) </p><p>&quot;Sir, I&#x27;m just doing my job. It&#x27;s part of the story,&quot; the reporter told the official. </p><p>&quot;Practice ka na lang, baka magkita tayo sa court,&quot; Calida replied. </p><p>(Just practice, we might see each other in court.) </p><p>Navallo reported exclusively last year that despite Malacañang&#x27;s denial, Calida&#x27;s office was involved in drafting the affidavit of a certain Peter Joemel Advincula alias Bikoy, who accused members of the opposition of sedition. </p><ul class="op-related-articles">	<li><a href="https://news.abs-cbn.com/news/07/23/19/office-of-the-solicitor-general-involved-in-drafting-bikoy-affidavit">Office of the Solicitor General involved in drafting Bikoy affidavit?</a></li></ul><p>In his quo warranto petition, Calida on Monday cited supposed &quot;abuses&quot; in ABS-CBN’s franchise which will expire in March.
