Ariel Inton ng Commuters Safety and Protection, hawak na ngayon ng Biñan Police ang umano’y mastermind na si Rafaela Asunciacion.Kasamang naaresto rin ang isang Tychicus Historillo Nambio.“Based po sa records, sila po yung parang pasimuno ng scam na ito,” sinabi naman ni Senior Inspector Jem Delantes, tagapagsalita ng Philippine National Police-Highway Patrol Group.Nahuli ang dalawa sa tulong na rin ng mga miyembro ng Philippine Network Transport Organization kung saan marami sa kanilang mga miyembro ang nabiktima na rin ng mga suspect.Nangangamba naman ang mga biktima na makapag-piyansa ang mga suspect dahil nagsabi pa umano na mayroon na silang ticket patungong London.Dahil dito, nakatakdang makipagkita ang mga biktima at tumatayong abugado ng ilan sa kanila na si Atty. Inton kay Justice Secretary Vitaliano Aguirre mamaya upang maisama ang dalawa sa lookout bulletin.Samantala, pinapalakas pa ng pulisya ang kasong ihahain laban sa mga taong nasa likod ng naturang modus.“Ang naisip po ng legal natin pwede tayong magsampa ng syndicated estafa dito sa mga suspects natin,” sabi ni Delantes.Bukod sa mga mastermind, marami umanong tao ang kasabwat sa naturang scam.“May mga ahente sila na na-involve sa scam na ito so pwede nating habulin sila rito para mapanagot sa mga nagawa nila,” sabi niya.Hinihikayat din ni Delantes ang iba pang mga biktima ng scam na lumantad na rin o tumawag sa Tactical Operations Center ng HPG sa numerong 09063745375 at maghain ng reklamo laban sa mga suspek.“Based po sa aming intelligence report, meron po kaming more or less 1800 motor vehicles na involved dito sa scam na ito and hopefully, araw-araw may dumarating na complainants sa opisina natin at kasalukuyang po nating nilo-locate at nire-recover ang motor vehicle po nila,” dagdag pa ni Delantes.
