MANILA (UPDATED) - Typhoon Wutip may enter the Philippine area of responsibility (PAR) on Thursday, state weather bureau PAGASA said.

In its 11 a.m. advisory on Tuesday, the typhoon was last spotted still outside of PAR 1,970 kilometers east of Central Luzon.
