May pamilya siya. Alam niya kung gaano kasakit yung pinagdadaanan ko,&quot; said Marian Reginaldo, fiancée of Anthony Mendoza.</p><p>&quot;Patahimikin nya po kami, patahimikin din nya yung pinatay nya. Yun lang po yung panawagan ko. Makonsensya siya,&quot; she said.</p><p>Reginaldo was set to marry Mendoza before the latter was killed in an apparent road-rage incident, allegedly by Fredison Atienza. </p><p>In an interview over radio DZMM, Reginaldo said that everything was already set for their wedding. They already bought rings and even had a house for them to move into. They promised to finish their studies first before getting married. </p><p>While she worked as a teacher in Singapore, Mendoza worked as an IT professional in the Philippines. They had already made plans for their life together before tragedy struck.</p><p>The victim&#x27;s brother, Michael Mendoza, said that he was riding pillion with Anthony last February 25 when they were almost hit by an SUV at the corner of D. Tuazon and Quezon Avenue.</p><p>After a heated exchange of words, the driver of the SUV pulled out a gun and shot Anthony in the head.</p><ul class="op-related-articles">	<li><a href="http://news.abs-cbn.com/news/02/28/17/poker-player-tagged-in-qc-road-rage-killing">READ: Poker player tagged in QC road rage killing</a></li></ul><p>Quezon City Police District (QCPD) chief Supt. Guillermo Eleazar named the suspect as Fredison &quot;Sonson&quot; Atienza, a high-roller poker player. </p><p>QCPD verified his identity based on CCTV footage of his car plate. </p><p>Atienza has reportedly already sent surrender feelers, even as the police continue manhunt operations against him. </p><p>Reginaldo, meanwhile, said she hopes the death of her fiancé will be the last fatal road rage incident. </p><p>&quot;Sana kami na ang huli,&quot; she said. </p>
